Kenyon Square Condominium is located at 1390 Kenyon Street NW WDC 20010. The building is right around the corner from the new Target on 14th street. The complex consists of 153 individual units ranging in size from 616sqft-1,226sqft. The units vary from a 1 bedroom with a den, a 2 bedroom with a den and a 2 level loft. The prices for these units range from $354,000-$646,000.

I just saw one of these condos advertised for rent on Craigslist: http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/doc/apa/748359757.html

It's $2500 for a 2BR/2BA. The sale price for these condos is $549,000 and up. I can't understand how they can expect anyone to buy for that price when you could rent the same home for so much cheaper?
