Capitol Hill Tower

Capitol Hill Tower is one of DC's rare co-op buildings. Financially the building is run like a co-op but all other matters are not. You do not need the board's approval to sell or rent your unit. You also do not need to be approved by the board to buy a unit or to do any cosmetic changes to your unit. It is located at 1000 New Jersey Ave. SE WDC 20003. The prices range from $229,900 to $929,900. They offer a studio, a 1-3 bedroom apartment, and a penthouse. There are 344 apartments in total. The building includes a cleaners and a restaurant. It was completed in 2006 and is 75% sold.
